Yes, they are fun!. I I am a loose knitter, so usually everything I do comes out too big! ;) It's a fun pattern and an easy knit up. Def try it again! I used a worsted weight, but it was a pretty fluffy worsted. I'm sure I used a size 7 needle, that's usually what I did with EZ's patterns.

How fun!! I've started that hat a couple of times. It always ends up seeming too small. But it's been a long time. I ought to try it again.
